These terms govern entry into Speedway giveaways (trade promotions) run for Speedway Rewards members. Each giveaway also has a Draw Schedule (published on this page and shown in the app) setting out the prize, dates and draw details. The Draw Schedule and these terms together are the full terms for that giveaway.
1. The promoter
The promoter is Speedway Petroleum Pty Ltd, 26-28 Cumberland Highway, Smithfield NSW 2164, Australia ("Speedway", "we", "us"), operator of the Speedway Rewards program across participating Speedway stations in NSW and Victoria.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who hold a current Speedway Rewards account (free to create in the Speedway app) and comply with the Speedway Rewards Program Terms and these terms. Owners, directors, managers and staff of Speedway stations and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion, are not eligible to win. We may require proof of age, identity, residency and membership before awarding a prize.
3. How to enter
Entry is automatic: when a member's in-app barcode is scanned by staff at a participating Speedway station on a fuel purchase of 30 litres or more during the promotion period, the member receives one (1) entry into the current giveaway. Maximum one (1) entry per member per calendar day (Melbourne/Sydney time), regardless of the number of qualifying purchases. No receipt upload or manual claim is required — qualifying entries are recorded electronically at the till. Entries are only valid if the barcode is scanned before payment is completed.
Fraudulent, duplicate-account or manipulated entries are void. Our fraud-prevention systems monitor fills, and we may disqualify any entrant we reasonably believe has gamed or attempted to game the promotion.
4. The draw
Each giveaway runs for the promotion period shown in its Draw Schedule. Winners are selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries, at the time and place shown in the Draw Schedule. Our determination of eligible entries and the draw result is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prizes
The prize(s) for each giveaway, including total prize value, are described in its Draw Schedule. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, unless the prize is itself a cash amount, in which case it will be paid by electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account in the winner's name. If a prize (or part of one) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any tax, insurance, registration or other costs associated with a prize unless the Draw Schedule states otherwise.
6. Winner notification and publication
Winners will be contacted by phone and email (using the details on their Rewards account) within 7 days of the draw. Winners' first name, surname initial and state will be published in the Speedway app and on this page within 14 days of the draw. By entering, you consent to this publication. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current in the app.
7. Unclaimed prizes
Winners must respond and claim their prize within 14 days of notification, including providing photo ID and any required proof of eligibility. If a prize is unclaimed after 14 days, a redraw will be held at the same place and in the same manner as the original draw, as set out in the Draw Schedule. The redraw winner is notified and published as above.
8. General
By entering, you accept these terms and the applicable Draw Schedule. If a giveaway cannot run as planned due to events beyond our control (including technical failure, fraud or legal restriction), we may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with a giveaway or prize; nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Personal information collected for giveaways is handled under our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Draw Schedule
No giveaways have launched yet. The schedule for each draw — prize, promotion period, draw date and place, and any authority or permit number — will be published here and in the app before that giveaway opens.
