Our fuel range
Petrol
91RON
Unleaded 91 (ULP)
The standard unleaded petrol used across Australia since 1986. Reliable everyday performance for the vast majority of petrol engines.
Full details
What is it? The most common fuel type in Australia, Unleaded 91 (ULP) carries a Research Octane Number of 91. It's highly refined and designed for use in the vast majority of petrol vehicles.
Benefits. Generally the most cost-effective fuel at the pump. It also has a proven record of reducing the deposits that build up in tanks over time and affect exhaust systems and spark plugs, which can mean lower maintenance costs.
Suitable for. Suits most modern engines, as well as two-stroke and four-stroke small engines. Most unleaded vehicles built or imported since 1986 can run on 91. Always check your owner's manual first.
Petrol
95RON
Premium Unleaded 95 (PULP)
Higher octane with a rust inhibitor additive. Built for higher-compression engines that ask for more than standard unleaded.
Full details
What is it? Premium Unleaded 95 (PULP) is a high-octane fuel with a Research Octane Number of 95. Most modern unleaded vehicles can run on it.
Benefits. Designed for better fuel efficiency through reduced consumption, smoother engine operation and improved driving performance. It also helps deter carbon deposits, supporting better engine performance over time.
Suitable for. Many modern vehicles need Premium Unleaded to meet current emission standards and run their higher-compression engines properly, with a built-in rust inhibitor for extra protection. Always check your owner's manual first.
Petrol
98RON
Premium Unleaded 98 (PULP)
The highest octane fuel available at Speedway. Maximum performance for engines engineered to run on it.
Full details
What is it? Premium Unleaded 98 (PULP) carries the highest octane rating in Speedway's petrol range, at RON 98. It's built to restore and maximise engine performance.
Benefits. Delivers greater engine performance, more power and fewer emissions. The higher octane supports better fuel economy and helps break down, and prevent, engine carbon deposits, which can lower maintenance costs over time.
Suitable for. Suitable for any petrol vehicle, and generally called for by modern engines with advanced management systems that need a RON of 98. Always check your owner's manual first.
Petrol
E10RON 94
E10 Unleaded
A blend of unleaded petrol and up to 10% ethanol. A cost-effective option for E10-compatible engines.
Full details
What is it? E10 blends 10% ethanol with 90% unleaded petrol, lifting the Research Octane Number to 94. The ethanol is made by fermenting sugars from plants such as corn or sugarcane.
Benefits. More renewable than standard unleaded, since it's partly plant-derived, and it usually runs a few cents cheaper per litre too.
Suitable for. Blended for most modern engines, with a minimum Research Octane Number requirement of 94. Check your vehicle's fuel door or manual to confirm E10 compatibility before filling up.
Diesel
DSLPREMIUM
Premium Diesel
Formulated with active cleaning additives to help keep injectors and fuel systems running the way they should.
Full details
What is it? Speedway's best-performing diesel, formulated with active cleaning additives that clean your tank and injectors as you drive.
Benefits. Keeps injectors clean for a smoother drive and reduces the risk of breakdowns, cutting maintenance costs over time compared to running standard diesel.
Suitable for. Suitable for all diesel engines, automotive and industrial, especially for drivers who want to actively restore and protect engine performance. Never put diesel in a petrol engine, or petrol in a diesel engine.
Diesel
DSLSTANDARD
Diesel
Standard automotive diesel for everyday diesel engines, tradies, truckies and family diesels alike.
Full details
What is it? A fast-growing fuel type in Australia, Diesel ignites under compression rather than a spark, and releases more energy per litre than petrol.
Benefits. Generally better fuel economy than an equivalent petrol engine, with modern diesel technology producing fewer emissions than older diesels.
Suitable for. Suitable for all diesel engines, automotive and industrial. Never put diesel in a petrol engine, or petrol in a diesel engine.
Diesel
DEFSCR
AdBlue®
Diesel exhaust fluid for SCR-equipped diesel engines, dispensed from its own dedicated tank, never mixed with your diesel.
Full details
What is it? AdBlue is a diesel exhaust fluid used in modern trucks and cars fitted with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology, which helps meet current diesel emission standards.
Benefits. Breaks down the nitrogen oxide in diesel exhaust into harmless nitrogen and water, cutting the level of nitrogen oxide emitted from the engine.
Suitable for. Only for diesel vehicles fitted with SCR technology. It has its own dedicated tank, usually next to the fuel tank, and should never be added directly into your diesel tank. Check with your manufacturer or manual first.
Gas
LPG100+ RON
LPG Autogas
High-octane autogas for LPG-converted vehicles, a lower-cost alternative without compromising on availability.
Full details
What is it? LPG Autogas blends propane and butane into a clean-burning liquefied gas, with the highest octane rating Speedway offers, over RON 100.
Benefits. Lower emissions than conventional fuels, generally the most cost-effective fuel at the pump, and the high octane rating supports higher compression ratios for more power.
Suitable for. Suits engines that comply with the Australian LPG Association specification and are properly set up for autogas use. Always check your owner's manual first.

City or regional, it doesn't change.
Whether you're topping up in the city or passing through the regions, every Speedway runs the same fuel testing and site standards, so the pump you trust at home is the pump you can trust anywhere in the network.
