“Speedway Giveaways”

1. Promoter
   1.1 The promoter is Speedway Petroleum Pty Ltd ABN 79 097 966 035 (“Promoter”).

    

2. Promotion Period

   2.1 The promotion commences at 5:30am AEDT on 18 November 2025 and closes at 3:00pm

   AEDT on 23 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

   2.2 Only entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be considered in the Giveaway.

    

3. Eligibility

   3.1 Entry is open to residents of New South Wales and Victoria aged 17 years or older who are

   able to present and provide a copy of their valid photo identification upon request by the

   Promoter.

   3.2 Each entrant must, as a condition of entry, expressly consent to and be able to successfully

   demonstrate to the Promoter:

   (a) that their photo identification is valid and matches the full name and details provided in

   their entry form;

   (b) that they hold valid proof of purchase for the qualifying Speedway transaction (for

   example, a printed or digital receipt clearly showing the date, location, and amount spent); and

   (c) that they can produce a bank statement showing a corresponding transaction that matches

   their proof of purchase and consent to providing a copy of that statement to the Promoter for

   verification purposes.

   3.3 Employees, franchisees, contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate family members or

   households, are ineligible to enter.

   3.4 All entrants must have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions prior to

   submitting their entry.

    

4. Valid Entries

   4.1 During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants must satisfy each and all of the below

   requirements:

   • Purchase $30 (AUD) or more of fuel in a single transaction at a participating Speedway

   Petroleum site in NSW or VIC;

   • Scan the promotional QR code available in-store, on signage, or on Speedway marketing

   channels and complete the online entry form by providing Speedway Petroleum with their full

   name, valid email address, contact phone number, and postcode; and

   • Retain and, upon request, provide to Speedway Petroleum:

   (a) a valid photo ID matching the entry details;

   (b) a valid proof of purchase (receipt or equivalent) for the transaction; and

   (c) a corresponding bank statement that clearly shows the same qualifying transaction and amount, and consent to Speedway receiving a copy for verification.

   4.2 Entrants may submit one (1) entry per day per person, up to a maximum of forty-four (44) entries per person over the entire Promotion Period, provided each daily entry is based on a unique $30+ qualifying purchase.

    

5. Invalid Entries 

   5.1 Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, or fail to meet any of the above requirements in part or in full are invalid and will be disqualified from the Giveaway.

    

6. Prizes

   6.1 The prizes of the Giveaway include:

   – 1st Prize: $10,000 (AUD);

   – 2nd Prize: $5,000 (AUD); and

   – 3rd Prize: $2,500 (AUD).

   6.2 Concessionary Prizes: Supplier merchandise (including eskies, cabanas, skateboards, fridges) and Speedway fuel vouchers.

   6.3 Total prize pool value: over $17,500 AUD plus merchandise.

   6.4 For the purposes of this promotion, the term “Cash” refers exclusively to payment made by electronic funds transfer (EFT).

   6.5 Collection of the prize is subject to the winner providing accurate and complete bank account details to Speedway.

   6.6 Speedway accepts no responsibility or liability for, and does not guarantee, the successful transfer of funds to the recipient’s bank account.

   6.7 Payment will only be made to the bank account nominated by the prize winner.

    

7. Prize Draw

   7.1 Entries will be included in a random prize draw conducted at 8:00pm AEDT on 23 December 2025 at the offices of Speedway Petroleum Pty Ltd or its appointed agency.

   7.2 All prizes will be drawn at this time.

    

8. Winner Notification

   8.1 Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within five (3) business days of the prize draw.

   8.2 By participating in this promotion, each winner agrees and consents to the publication of their

   first name, surname initial, and postcode on the Speedway Petroleum website

   (www.speedwaypetroleum.com.au) within seven (7) days of the draw.

    

9. Prize Conditions

   9.1 Cash prizes will be distributed via direct deposit or cheque, at the Promoter’s sole and complete discretion.

   9.2 Fuel vouchers and merchandise prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

   9.3 Winners must provide proof of identity matching their entry details to claim prizes.

   9.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for tax implications arising from prize winnings.

   Entrants should seek independent financial advice.

   9.5 The Promoter is not responsible for any delays, failed payments, or loss resulting from the entrant providing incorrect or incomplete personal or banking information.

   9.6 It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to ensure that all details, including bank account information, are true, correct, and up to date at the time of prize collection.

    

10. Disqualification Rights

    10.1 The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion (acting reasonably or unreasonably), to disqualify any entrant or winner it deems unsuitable for any reason to receive a prize, including but not limited to concerns regarding eligibility, conduct, behaviour, reputation, or compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

    10.2 The Promoter’s decision in this regard is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

     

11. Unclaimed Prizes

    11.1 If any prize remains unclaimed 3 months after the draw, a redraw will be held at the same location on 24 March 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT.

    11.2 Winners of any redraw will be notified in the same manner as original winners.

     

12. Privacy and Data Use

    12.1 By entering the giveaway, each entrant consents to Speedway Petroleum collecting, storing, and using their personal information for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, including future Speedway campaigns, newsletters, and offers from Speedway’s promotional partners.

    12.2 Personal information will also be used for administration of this promotion.

    12.3 Entrants may opt out of Speedway Petroleum’s marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting Speedway Petroleum directly via their website.

    12.4 Entrants consent to receiving marketing communications, newsletters, and promotional offers from Speedway Petroleum Pty Ltd. 

    12.5 Entrants acknowledge that consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Speedway Petroleum or by selecting the unsubscribe option contained in the email used to opt in to the Giveaway.

     

13. General Conditions

    13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, fails to provide proof of purchase, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

    13.2 The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    13.3 The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation or acceptance of a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

     

14. Authorisations

    14.1 This promotion is conducted under the NSW Trade Promotion Authority Number: TP/04622

    14.2 This authority is issued under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW), and is valid from 17 September 2025 until 16 September 2028.
